  • REVIEW

    TGL provides continuous consulting services to its customers about the methods to be followed and permissions to be obtained for the products in foreign trade. Preliminary reviews are carried out in relation with the items to be imported, and the consulting services provided by TGL include the feasibility analysis of the procedure, obtaining the necessary permissions, phases of procedures and sending prior notice about expenses.

  • COORDINATION

    Coordination and accurate communication is vital. Coordination with the relevant government authorities, sellers, buyers, transporters, banks, insurance companies, ports and warehouse operators as well as preliminary review, collection of documents and ensuring the safe shipment of the items upon completion of the import and transit procedures requires very good planning, organization and compatible coordination.

  • OPERATION

    The information related to the preparation of declarations by operation directors is electronically sent to the customs offices via EDI system, and necessary registrations are made. Our teams in customs offices manage declaration and post-registration customs clearance procedures in the fastest and the most reliable method and completes the procedures. In the final phase, the items are safely shipped according to the schedule.

JOB TRACKING AND MOBILE CUSTOMS SYSTEM

All phases and statuses of procedures are instantly tracked. Changed status info is sent by automatic e-mail upon request. Field operations team processes instant changes in procedures and informs the customer about these changes. Images for preliminary review procedures are sent through the Mobile Customs System. It is possible to access through the Web Customs Archive. Upon request, all processes are reported and performance measurements are made.
