Statement of Ethics
Complying with applicable laws and generally accepted ethical rules is the primary ethical value of TGL in its commercial activities.
With this Statement of Ethics, TGL and all its employees are committed to the following principles:
• to comply with all national laws and regulations and all the international conventions to which Turkey is a party, including in particular the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, in connection with all its activities;
• To adhere to the rule of law,
• Not to be involved in any illegal payments, directly or indirectly,
• Not to give gifts for any item or benefit that do/ may affect public employees’ decision or performance,
• Not to provide entertainment that is not appropriate for business purposes,
• Not to put personal interests ahead of company interests,
• Not to employ anyone by force,
• Not to employ any uninsured personnel,
• Not to employ child labour,
• To protect the commercial privacy and confidentiality of the companies it communicates with,
• To protect the data of individuals in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data,
• Not to unfairly benefit, and not to cause any third parties to benefit, from official or confidential documents in its possession while carrying out its activities,
• To act in accordance with the rules of respect in relations with public employees and customers,
• To create a good working environment,
• Not to be involved in tax evasions,
• Not to be involved in unfair competition,
• Not to harm the environment,
• Not to make any concessions on quality and to aim customer satisfaction while carrying out its activities,
• As the Board of Directors, to provide a commitment to meet the requirements of the Anti-Corruption Management System, to support the voicing of concerns based on good faith or reasonable belief and without fear or retaliation, and to ensure the continuous improvement of the Anti-Corruption Management System.
